How long can a meeting be?

Up to 1 hour 45 minutes per recording. For longer meetings, finish one recording and start another.

The analysis failed. Did I lose my meeting?

No. The recording stays on your phone. Open the meeting and tap "Try again". A failed attempt does not use any of your minutes.

Can I use it offline?

Recording and your task list work offline. Analysis needs a connection; a meeting recorded offline is analysed automatically when you are back online.

How do I cancel Pro?

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
