Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and CoralCell Ltd for the use of Mahdar. By using the app you accept them.

The service

Mahdar records meetings and uses an AI model to produce summaries, tasks, notes, transcripts and explanations. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, including names, numbers and dates. Check anything important against the recording before relying on it. Mahdar is not a substitute for official minutes or legal, medical or financial advice.

Your responsibilities

You must have the agreement of everyone you record, and follow the recording laws where you are. Do not use Mahdar to record anyone secretly or to break the law.

Mahdar Pro subscriptions

• Mahdar Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Free use includes a monthly allowance of meeting minutes. Pro raises that allowance and unlocks chat with a meeting, unlimited explanations and PDF export. Allowances are described in the app and may change with notice.

Liability

Mahdar is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, CoralCell Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of AI output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
